My Story

I felt called to spiritual direction many years ago, but that calling needed to wait while I raised my family. As a wife and mother of six, those years shaped my faith deeply and taught me the beauty of listening for God in the ordinary moments of life.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving the Catholic Church in many ways, including leading women’s Bible studies and Walking with Purpose for more than twelve years. My heart has always been especially drawn to accompanying women as they seek a deeper relationship with God.

I received my Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Divine Mercy University and practice an evocative contemplative approach to spiritual direction. I believe the Holy Spirit is the true Director, and my role is to prayerfully accompany you as together we notice where God may already be present and at work in your life.

I welcome Catholic and Christian women who desire a sacred space to slow down, listen, discern, and grow in their relationship with God.
